About Secik

Secik has started as a very small business, in fact an one-man-show, performed in 1997 by the IT specialist Michael T. Anderson, which was working at that time as an IT worker at a large company in Boston, US. Michael used to offer his IT services in his spare time to some individuals and some small companies and with the time he begun to work for a bigger portfolio of clients. In 1999 he quits his job and Secik becomes his full-time business. At that time he used to do a lot of things regarding the computers starting from configuring certain peripherials for home PC-s , to install OS-s, to perform virus scannings and so on. Today, Secik offers services mainly related with the security of computers and performs also valuable computer security audits.

The name Secik comes from the first three letters from the word "security" and then ik comes from the firts letters from "I Know". The control of the risks related to the computer use it is the main concern of our company and we use all our skills and knowledge to solve the things in all the situations. In the concordance with the established security policies, Secik uses the applications, languages and platforms in its process of working. beeing a branch of the security engineering, computer security is today an important field in the right working of the activity in every company concerned to have a good productivity and a stable work-flow.

Secik's philosophy is to determine the cause of a problem, eliminate it and after this eliminate the effects.
